BeBe Le Buff’s Fairy Light Perfection – Because Facebook couldn’t handle it!

The other day, I was scrolling through my archives and came across some shots from Alt. Fairy Tale, featuring the ever-fabulous BeBe Le Buff. Anyone who knows me knows I have a thing for fairy lights. Not to mention, there’s just something about them that instantly elevates a performance. And let me tell you, BeBe’s act was fairy light perfection that night.

For those who don’t know, BeBe Le Buff is not only an old friend with a heart of gold but also an incredible burlesque performer. She’s been lighting up the stage for years and runs Meanjin’s (Brisbane) longest-running burlesque and variety school, producing some seriously amazing talent. Now, I originally tried to share these photos on my Facebook page. Still, in true Meta fashion, Zuckerberg’s fun police struck again. Even though BeBe wore pasties with tassels, the photos allegedly violated their policies. Because, you know, the double standards of social media censorship are alive and well. But let’s not even go down that rabbit hole.
