The things I hate about those crazy flight deals that pop up every now and then. 1. You have to be fortunate to spot it. 2. Have to have the cash ready. 3. You’re left eating mi goreng noodles for a week.
As tempting as it is to fly off to have margaritas on a tropical beach. The cruel reality is more often than not you’re left breaking the bank after the impulse buying of airfares. Well, I’ve got some good news for you!
Jetstar has finally introduced Afterpay as a payment method for all of their airfares. In short, you can now split that bank breaking airfare over a series of manageable fortnightly payments.
Launched in 2014, the Afterpay system has been a savior for many of those impulse buyers out there, and now Jetstar is the first major Australian airline to adopt it as a payment service.
The service is now available for all Jetstar flights priced between $200 and $1000. Of course, there’s a catch but is pretty minor considering how it’s now open up a door to a world of travelling possibilities.
Fares incur a $10 transaction fee and must be booked at least eight weeks in advance.
Well peeps, it’s time to grab your besties and start organising that next awesome vacation!
